2010 Spring Executive Committee & Staff Mini Rally is scheduled for Saturday, January 16, 2010 in the Green Room at the Rayne Civic Center at 10 AM. Full hook-up parking will be $15 per night. We must depart on Sunday due to MLK parade and festivities on Monday.
CHAPTER PRESIDENTS: Please make plans for yourself or another member to be at the meeting in order to inform your Chapter of information at the meeting.

Full hook-up parking will be $15 per night. After the Executive meeting there will be a staff pre-Samboree meeting. Agenda items should be made through Richard Abadie 30 days in advance of meeting.
