2012 Spring Executive Committee meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the Paragon Casino Resort in Marksville at 10 AM. There will be a Chapter President's meeting at 9:30 AM. Full hook-up parking will be $5 per night. Reservations are to be made through the State Secretary and not through Paragon, see below. After the Executive meeting there will be a staff pre-Samboree meeting. Agenda items should be made through Richard Abadie 30 days in advance of meeting.
CHAPTER PRESIDENTS: Please make plans for yourself or another member to be at the meetings in order to inform your Chapter of information at the meeting.

RESERVATIONS WILL BE MADE ONLY THROUGH JUDY (SECRETARY). PARAGON WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM AT OUR RATE AS THEIR REGULAR RATES WILL APPLY. THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
