All flag and banner bearers, please sign up on arrival.
Signup sheets will be on bulletin board for Seminars, Classes and Games.
Locations will be posted on bulletin board.
Seminar rooms will be located in the Banquet & Administration building.
Door Prize drawing will be drawn and posted at Door Prize Booth; Wednesday –
Friday: 9-11 AM and 2-4 PM. Saturday: 9 - 11 AM. Registration cards will be
used.
Save all your merchant’s receipts for the Patterson area dated 10/28/07 TO
11/03/07 for door prize drawings.
All raffles must close at noon on Saturday. Drawings will be at the general
meeting on Saturday afternoon. RAFFLES MUST FURNISH OWN TABLE.
Arts and Crafts tables $2. Sign up with Frances Smith.
Saturday is theme day. Join the fun, dress parade Saturday night. Groups &
couples competition. Prizes awarded.
Security is provided, but take all precautions, PLEASE!
