pre-registration form.
Please wait upon your successful Paypal fee payment, you should be automatically re-directed to
the pre-registration form which must be filled out completely to finish your pre-registration
process. If you are not automatically redirected then click on the 'Return To
Merchant' button at the bottom left of the PayPal confirmation of Payment
screen.
****** If you are not re-directed to the form or something happens that delays your
completing the form, You must contact the webmaster by clicking
here who will send you a weblink to follow to regain access to the
registration form. Please make sure you have time to finish this order form AND complete
the registration form. Both payment and the form are required to be
pre-registered.
State organization, Host chapter or other pre-approved Comp registrants please note: Since your registration fee is waived, do not order a Rig Fee, just order any extra's that you need. If no 'extra's are needed, you should pre-register using the expedited registration form by clicking here or going to the State Staff webpage from the main menu.
If you use 'tabbed browsing' or the 'open in new window' option and want to 'Continue Shopping' from the Shopping Basket (next page), you 'may' have to simply close the Shopping Basket tab window. Funny how tabbed browsing is nice but takes some getting used to!
Please be patient after clicking a button, sometimes there is a lag in processing.
This is a once a year fee if you are a Louisiana Good Sam member and do NOT belong to a Louisiana Good Sam chapter. If you have paid this fee earlier in the current year or are from out of state, do not order it.
