The Louisiana Good Sam Organization invites all vendors who would like to offer their products or services at one of our Samboree's to fill in the form below. You will be contacted by the Vendor Coordinator. Submitting this form does not imply authorization to attend. This form must be used for each Samboree. Items with an "*" are required information.

SEMINARS: Vendors wishing to hold seminars AND be included in the printed program MUST be registered at least 45 days in advance. If less than 45 days, you will have to wait until your arrival to be placed and announced. Please indicate below the # of seminars, the topic(s) and preferred day(s) in the 'comments' section at the bottom of this form. Due to the number of vendor seminar requests, you may be be required to hold your seminar at your booth. If held at your booth, we will provide seating and a sound system.
